Ezy Dose AM/PM pill organizers

The AM/PM box exists for a schedule with two lines on it, and the design does one thing well: the rows are different colours. A blood-pressure tablet at breakfast and a statin at bedtime each get their own lid and their own colour, and a glance across the box at ten in the evening tells you both whether the morning was taken and whether the night has been. On the push-button versions the two rows are marked AM and PM in raised letters as well, which reads under a thumb in a dark kitchen.

The sizes run from Small, for a couple of tablets a dose, to the 3XL that takes a multivitamin, a fish-oil capsule and a handful of tablets in each slot, and the pop-out versions let a single day lift out of the tray to go in a bag. This is also the line the Arthritis Foundation has certified as Ease of Use: the buttons give without strain, and the rounded compartment floor tips a tablet toward your fingers rather than leaving it in a corner. Blue and purple is the classic pair; black and clear, rainbow, pink and teal are on the same trays.
