Blue for the morning row, purple for the night, with clear lids over Large compartments that take about twelve aspirin-sized tablets each. The two colours are doing the work here: at ten in the evening the row that is still shut is the one that has not been taken.

It comes in Large and Medium, and the step between them is the one people get wrong. Medium closes over three ordinary tablets a dose; Large closes over three and a multivitamin. Add a fish-oil capsule to either and the answer moves to the XL tray on the same shelf.
