What we can settle

Anything in the catalogue. Whether the X-Large weekly box takes a fish-oil capsule and four tablets in one slot. Which of the push-button organizers has the largest button. Whether the 14-day organizer splits into two separate weeks. What the difference is between the safety-shield cutter and the one with a dispenser. Which oral syringe comes with a bottle adapter.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the box in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it on the next update and say what changed.

What we cannot settle

Whether your tablet can be split or crushed, what dose to give, and what to do about a missed one. Those belong to your pharmacist or doctor, who can see the prescription, and we will say so by return rather than guess.

What belongs to the till

Where a parcel is, what a refund is doing, why a delivery slipped a day: those live with the shop that took your money, and they can see the order while we cannot. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

How long we take

One mailbox, read by the people who keep this site. Catalogue questions come back inside a working day or two. A correction that needs the data rebuilt comes back twice: once to say we have it, once when it is live.
