How we keep this catalogue current

What gets updated, how often, and what happens to an organizer that goes out of stock.

Prices

Every price on this site comes out of our own product data and is rewritten when it moves. The catalogue was last updated on October 7, 2026, and at that update it held 219 organizers and tools in stock across 326 size, colour and pack combinations. Where a figure here and the figure at the till disagree, the till is the one that counts.

A box we cannot currently buy does not appear at all. It is not hidden behind a “currently unavailable” label: it comes off the site at the next build and comes back by itself when it returns to stock, because the catalogue behind these pages keeps asking about it either way.

Days, doses a day, sizes and capacities

These come from the same product data and are rebuilt from it on every pass, so nobody types a capacity into a paragraph by hand. Two things are worth knowing about them. A capacity such as “holds up to 30 pills” describes aspirin-sized tablets: a multivitamin takes the room of three or four, a fish-oil capsule of five or six, and the honest test is whether the lid closes cleanly over one day of everything. And a size name, Small through 3XL, is the brand’s own scale rather than a measurement; the product pages print the length in inches where the data carries it.

Pictures

Every photograph on this site is of the size and colourway being sold. Where a manufacturer frame carries a marketing banner printed into the image, we crop the banner off rather than caption around it, and a frame that argues with what is written beside it is pulled instead.

Health statements

Anything on this site that touches medicine, whether a tablet may be split or crushed, how a child’s dose is measured, where a box belongs in a house with children, how a lice comb is used after treatment, is written under a published source rather than over one, and carries a note that it is not medical advice. The register below is the whole of it, and every entry was opened and read on September 2, 2026 before a link was put on it.

Where this comes from

Tablet Splitting · US Food and Drug Administration. FDA says tablet splitting should be done only under the supervision of a healthcare professional. If a tablet is approved to be split, that is printed in the HOW SUPPLIED section of the label and in the patient package insert, and the tablet carries a score line; a score line alone does not mean splitting is approved. Most sustained, controlled or timed-release medicines are not meant for splitting. FDA advises splitting one tablet at a time rather than a whole bottle at once, because a split tablet exposed to heat and moisture can lose potency. Read September 2, 2026.
Checking if tablets can be crushed or capsules opened · NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service. Modified-release tablets (marked MR, SR, XL or LA) must not be crushed: the modified-release properties are lost and all the drug is released at once. Enteric-coated and gastro-resistant tablets are not suitable for crushing either, and cytotoxic or teratogenic medicines are not crushed unless there is no alternative. Film-coated, sugar-coated and chewable tablets can usually be crushed, though a crushed coated tablet may taste bitter. Medication safety tips for older adults · US Food and Drug Administration. FDA asks older adults to take medicines exactly as prescribed, to keep a written list of every medicine and supplement and share it with each doctor and pharmacist, to store medicines properly, and to be aware that foods, drinks and other medicines can interact with a prescription. Doses are not skipped and a prescribed medicine is not stopped without asking a health care professional first, even when the person feels better. The page does not name pill organizers; it says a pharmacist can suggest tools that help a person remember when to take medicines. Read September 2, 2026.
Medication Safety and Your Health · US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. CDC asks people to take medicines as directed on the label or as instructed by a doctor or pharmacist, not to use household spoons to give medicines to children, to keep medicines in a place young children cannot reach or see, and always to check that the cap on a medicine bottle is locked. Adverse drug events are described as a preventable patient safety problem. Read September 2, 2026.
About the PROTECT Initiative · US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Put medicines, vitamins and other supplements, gummies included, away every time, somewhere children cannot reach or see; a child can get into a bottle in under a minute. Relock a child-resistant cap every time, and treat the cap as a delay rather than a guarantee. If a child may have got into a medicine, call Poison Help at 800-222-1222, and program that number into every phone in the house before it is needed. Read September 2, 2026.
How to Use Liquid Medicines for Children · American Academy of Pediatrics. Never use teaspoons, tablespoons or other household spoons to measure medicine. Use the oral syringe, dosing cup, dropper or dosing spoon that came with the medicine, and measure in millilitres: it is easier to measure the right amount with a dosing tool that uses mL. For over-the-counter medicines check the label chart by the child’s weight before age. Mixing up 0.5 mL and 5 mL can mean giving ten times the dose, so ask the pharmacist to show the amount on the tool you will use. Keep the dosing tool with the bottle, up and away and out of sight. Medication Safety Tips · American Academy of Pediatrics. Use a medicine syringe or dropper to measure the correct amount: regular kitchen spoons are not accurate for measuring medicine. Incorrect dosing is a common medication error that leads to emergency department visits, and the AAP asks parents to have the doctor or pharmacist show them how much to give using the dosing tool they plan to use. Spoon measurements contribute to many child drug-dosing errors · Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. In an NIH-funded study, parents who measured children’s liquid medicine in teaspoons or tablespoons had twice the odds of a dosing error compared with parents who measured in millilitres, and thirty per cent of the spoon group used a kitchen spoon against one per cent of the millilitre group. Kitchen spoons are not standard and can measure a wide range of doses. The study calls an oral syringe the most accurate instrument for measuring a dose. Read September 2, 2026.
Treatment of Head Lice · US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Check every household member and close contact, and treat everyone infested at the same time. Use a nit comb to remove nits and lice from the hair shaft, and after treatment check the hair and comb out nits and lice every two to three days for the next two to three weeks. Whether and when to treat a second time depends on the medicine: about a week later for products that kill only lice, and only if live crawling lice are seen several days after treatment for products that kill lice and eggs. Giving Your Pet Pills · Texas A and M School of Veterinary Medicine. A pet piller, a plastic instrument with a rubber tip, lets the pill be placed at the back of the tongue without a hand in the mouth; pills can also be hidden in a small piece of bread, low-fat cream cheese, canned food or a commercial pill pocket. Crushing a pill is reserved for the veterinarian or pharmacist, who can compound the medicine into a form the animal will take: different medicines have different delivery mechanisms and crushing one without instruction can stop it working. Follow a pill with water, especially in cats, so it passes down the oesophagus. Read September 2, 2026.

The Arthritis Foundation’s Ease of Use Certification Program recognises products proven to make life easier for people who have arthritis and other physical limitations: they are independently tested by experts and evaluated by people with arthritis. The listed Ezy Dose products are the Daily AM/PM push-button organizer, the weekly push-button organizer in XL and 2XL, and the Medtime push-button organizer, with push buttons that do not strain fingers or hands and a contoured bottom for retrieving a tablet. The One-Day-At-A-Time weekly organizer carries the same certification: push buttons and rounded bottoms make it easy to open and the medication easy to retrieve, and its removable four-times-a-day compartments hold up to eleven aspirin-sized tablets each.
