01Seven lids, one dose a day
One compartment for each day of the week, from a pocket-sized Small to a 3XL that takes sixty aspirin-sized tablets a slot. Classic snap lids, push buttons for stiff hands, locking lids, and the stackable set that comes apart into single days.

What separates the boxes on this shelf is the lid and the depth, not the days: they all hold seven. A classic snap lid is the cheapest and the one you have seen on every counter; a push button opens with the side of a thumb rather than a fingernail, which is the whole reason it exists; a locking lid stays shut in a handbag. Depth is the other axis. Small takes a few tablets, Large takes a week of two or three, and XL and up are for a slot that has to hold a fish-oil capsule, a multivitamin and four tablets at once without a lid that will not close. You fill it on Sunday, and every morning the empty compartment tells you the dose is taken.

This page is general information about medication tools, not medical advice. Whether a tablet may be split or crushed, how much of a medicine to give and what to do about a missed dose are questions for the pharmacist who filled the prescription and the doctor who wrote it.
Prices are figures from our last update; an Ezy Dose habit updates them on a schedule, and the figure at the till is the one that counts.
02Before you order
What people want settled before they buy a weekly organizer.
The lid. The classic snaps shut and opens with a fingernail under the edge; the push-button lid opens under the side of a thumb and rises on a spring. The seven compartments underneath are the same at the same size, and the classic costs less.
The Small, at about four and a half inches long, and the pocket-sized clear weekly. The stackable set is the other answer: seven single-day boxes that stack into a week and come apart, so one day goes out in a pocket while six stay home.
In a box that is too deep for the dose, yes: two tablets in a 3XL compartment have room to move. Match the size to the dose and the compartment is full enough to stay quiet; a Large is the right size for two or three tablets and a vitamin.
Every Ezy Dose size, every lid, every colourway
Every size, lid and colourway in the Ezy Dose collection sits behind this button, with the figures from our last update against each one.
