Four doses a day in Large compartments of about forty-five aspirin-sized tablets, on a tray where each day pops free as its own small box. A four-dose day that has to leave the house is otherwise a whole tray in a bag; here it is one green box in a pocket.

The days go back into the rack at night, and the rack reads left to right as a week whether or not one of the boxes is out. What it does not do is lock: a pop-out day in a bag with keys will open, and a pouch is the better carrier for a long day out.
