Seven days, four doses each, in Small compartments of about eleven aspirin-sized tablets, and every compartment lifts clear of the base. That last part is what makes a four-dose schedule portable: one day comes out as a strip and the working week stays home.

Small is the constraint to hold this against. Four doses a day divides the tray into twenty-eight slots, and each is sized for two or three ordinary tablets rather than for a capsule. A four-dose schedule with supplements in it wants the Large or XL trays on the same shelf.
